Jennifer is a highly accomplished Director of Bioanalytical and Biomarker Development at Recursion Pharmaceuticals, leading bioanalytical and biomarker services to advance clinical development programs.
Leveraging a strong foundation in organic chemistry and advanced analytical method development, Jennifer provides critical expertise in driving efficient and robust bioanalysis and biomarker strategies. Her doctoral training in synthetic organic chemistry at Stanford University under Barry M. Trost established a rigorous scientific framework for her career.
Prior to Recursion, Jennifer held roles in medicinal and process development chemistry at organizations including Eli Lilly and Company, Schering-Plough, and ZDye, LLC, gaining invaluable experience at the intersection of synthetic chemistry and analytical sciences. She further honed her analytical capabilities at Phenomenex chromatography, refining her expertise in LC/MS method development across diverse regulated and non-regulated industries, including pharmaceutical, food, environmental, cosmetic, and petroleum.
Her leadership evolved at AIT Bioscience (now IQVIA Labs), where she directed and supported bioanalytical method development and validation for a wide array of sponsor programs.
At Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Jennifer remains an active contributor to the scientific community through peer-reviewed publications, presentations, and ongoing engagement with professional organizations such as AAPS.
